Export a backup of your supplements, schedule, notes, and profile. Older sections stay in the backup when they have data, while the app keeps the main navigation simple.

Stackwise uses Anthropic's Claude models only. The active model handles label scans and timing protocols; safety reports and interaction scans need web search, so they use Claude Sonnet 5.5 when the active model has none.
